About Us

Formed in 1998, the Brazilian Guitar Quartet was tasked with interpreting the repertoire for four guitars while also making transcriptions from diverse styles and periods. The unit was composed of Luiz Mantovani, Clemer Andreotti, Tadeu do Amaral, and Everton Gloeden. The Brazilian Guitar Quartet went on to be a Grammy Award winner that was regarded as one of the leading guitar ensembles in the world. They brought both dynamism and color to their breathtaking performances.

This site – Brazilianguitarquartet.com – is a tribute to the legendary group. We celebrate their work while also exploring guitar playing as an art that needs to be promoted around the world. We create tutorials and provide instruction articles on various concepts of learning. We also review products that can help your guitar learning, as well as encourage our users to contribute to this passion-driven cause.
